Payments

We accept only Paypal payment. Once we receive the payment, we usually ship the order within 24 business hours.

If you don't have Paypal account and have only Credit card, please contact us.

We can send the payment request through papyal.com and you would be able to pay without Paypal login.

Shipments

We can ship to worldwide. We can use DHL, Fedex and EMS. We usually use DHL mainly.

The delivery time takes only 2-4 days to USA, UK, Australia, Germany, and all major countries.

Shipping fee is included in our products' prices.

But in case that the import customs duty and tax is charged to you, we don't cover your import customs duty and tax.

We are not sure that you can avoid the duty and tax, But we can try our best for you.

We usually put the lower value in the shipping label invoice. (contact us about the detail.)

If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product within 10 days.

Item will be refunded less 5% restocking/service fee.

For any exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition, including the box, bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
